The turn-key Project consists of the engineering, procurement and execution of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works of five wastewater treatment plants and two effluent outfalls. The treatment plants and effluent outfalls have been constructed in order to treat the wastewater discharged from areas of 27 different municipalities.
