The Project consisted of the engineering, procurement and construction of a four-block office building with a total closed area of 36.000 m2 on turn-key basis. Besides the office premises, the building was furnished with facilities such as conference hall, library, archive rooms, dining halls and indoor parking lot including central utility plant.
