The project is a part of the “Melen Greater I·stanbul Water Supply Project Stage II” consists of the construction of 69.5 km of 2540 mm spirally welded steel pipeline between Melen Header Tank, (Sakarya) and Kıncıllı Ridge (Kocaeli) Transmission Main.
