M6 Bucharest International Airport Rail Access Connection Project

The third project undertaken by Alsim in Romania, ‘M6 Bucharest International Airport Rail Access Connection Project (M6 Metro Line between 1 Mai-Otopeni)’ includes the construction of 6.3 km Double Tube TBM Metro tunnel, 6 Stations, 1 Connection Station, 3 Switch Zones and 8 Ventilation Shafts.

At the end of the project period of 48 months, 9 months for design and 39 months for construction, 50 thousand passengers per hour in one direction will be transported and the connection of the existing metro network with the International Airport will be provided.
