The turn-key project covers the engineering, procurement and construction works of the 13.5 km long light rail system including 13 stations, 6 station buildings, a storage area, viaduct, steel bridge, cut-and-cover tunnel, railway track works and maintenance facilities. Procurement of 36 vehicles is also within the scope of the project. The system is equipped with all modern mechanical, electrical, electronic, signalling, toll collection, building automation and intrusion detection systems and all these systems are integrated.
