On April 11, 2025, H.E. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, along with a high-level delegation, paid an official visit to the city of Shymkent. As part of the visit, a presentation was made regarding Alarko’s large-scale modern greenhouse project currently underway in Kazakhstan.

During the presentation, detailed information was shared about the greenhouses under construction on a 208-hectare area, which constitute the first phase of the project. Visual materials showcasing the project’s progress were also presented to the attendees.

Following the presentation, President Tokayev expressed his appreciation for Alarko’s activities in Kazakhstan and conveyed his best wishes for the company’s continued success.

Among the presidential delegation, Chief of the Presidential Administration Mr. Aibek Dadebayev, First Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Roman Sklyar, and Governor of Shymkent Mr. Gabit Syzdykbekov showed great interest in the investment project and stated that they would provide full support at every stage of its implementation.
