Description of the Project
The project consists of engineering, procurement,manufacturing equipment and implementation of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works on a turn-key basis.
The aim of the project is to increase the production capacity of the existing plant and to produce fuels that meets the environmental standards of the Europen Union. The plant’s diesel oil processing capacity will be 2.4 million tons per year and unleaded gasoline production capacity will be increased by 1.1 million tons per year.
