Description of the Project
The turn-key Project consisted of the engineering, procurement, reconstruction and renovation of a historical building for the purpose of establishing a modern business center with a total closed area of 10.600 m².The Project was awarded with the “Second Prize for Architecture” by the Russian Union of Architects in 1998 as well as with “Prix d’Excellence 2000” by the International Real Estate Federation.The latter award was received due to the fact that the project was evaluated as an example of primary excellence as regards its concept and realization and benefits it brings to the community.
